Our agreement with you

These Terms of Use govern the Moon Wisdom Club iOS app, website, public profiles, public marks, guides, membership features, and related services.

Moon Wisdom Club, also called “mwc,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” is operated by Moon Wisdom Ltd. By creating an account, purchasing membership, or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Reflection, not prediction

The service

Moon Wisdom Club is a moon-keyed journal and a set of seasonal guides. You can write marks, view Your Sky, read guides, see the current lunar rhythm, attach an optional Apple Health activity to a mark, and choose whether parts of your profile or writing become public.

Astrological and lunar content is offered for reflection, self-inquiry, education, and entertainment. It is not fortune-telling and it is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

Features may change as the service grows. We may add, improve, limit, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary. We will not remove access to paid value in a misleading way and will provide notice where required.

One person, one account

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 where local law requires that higher age, and legally able to agree to these terms.
• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep your credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
• Do not sell, rent, share, or transfer an account.
• Access may begin by invitation during early release. An invitation does not guarantee permanent or free access.

Sign in with Apple and Apple services are also subject to Apple’s terms. Email and password authentication is provided through our service providers.

Apple handles the purchase

Membership and subscriptions

Some Moon Wisdom Club features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. The purchase screen shows the available plan, billing period, localized price, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer that applies to you before you confirm.

• Payment. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through Apple before the renewal deadline Apple shows for your account.
• Manage or cancel. Use your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Restore. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible membership on an account that has already purchased it.
• Trials and offers. A trial or introductory offer applies only when it appears in the live Apple purchase sheet and you are eligible. The purchase sheet controls the final terms.
• Refunds. Apple handles App Store refunds. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. Apple will provide notice or request consent when its rules or applicable law require it.

For the iOS download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA is supplied through App Store Connect. These terms supplement that agreement for the Moon Wisdom Club service.

Your words stay yours

Your marks and public content

You retain ownership of the marks, profile text, images, and other content you create or upload.

Private content

Private marks are not displayed to the public. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, sync, and return private content to you, and to keep the service secure.

Public content

When you make a profile or mark public, you grant Moon Wisdom Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content through Moon Wisdom Club and its shareable links. This license exists only to operate and promote the public surface you selected. It ends when the content is made private or deleted, subject to reasonable technical delay and copies outside our control.

You promise that you have the rights needed to share public content and that it follows our Community Guidelines. Do not publish someone else’s private information or intellectual property without permission.

Feedback

If you send feedback or product ideas, we may use them without payment or obligation, but we will not treat a private mark as product feedback unless you deliberately send it to us for that purpose.

Keep the room safe

Acceptable use

Do not use Moon Wisdom Club to:

• break the law, threaten safety, exploit another person, or encourage serious harm;
• post hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited public content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
• publish personal or confidential information without permission;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• spam, scrape, probe, reverse engineer where prohibited, overload, interfere with, or bypass security and access controls;
• use automated means to create accounts, harvest content, manipulate reads, or abuse invitations and membership.

The more detailed public-content rules and reporting expectations are in the Community Guidelines.

Leaving and enforcement

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the account and associated product data from active systems, subject to lawful retention and limited backup cycles described in the Privacy Policy.

We may remove public content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, respond to legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and offer a way to appeal.

Sections that logically continue after termination, including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, continue to apply.

The sky is a mirror, not a verdict

Disclaimers

Moon Wisdom Club does not promise a particular result from journaling, astrology, a guide, or a feature. Decisions remain your own. Consult a qualified professional when you need medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, perfect astrological calculations, permanent availability of public links, or compatibility with every device and service.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The limits of what we promise

Liability and disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon Wisdom Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from the service.

Subject to rights and liabilities that cannot be limited, our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Moon Wisdom Club during the 12 months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Governing law and venue: the governing law and forum for disputes will be identified in this section before these terms take effect. Nothing here takes away mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.

When the agreement changes

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. We will change the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Where law requires consent, we will ask before the new terms apply.
