Include the email or Apple relay address associated with your account, a short description, and the device and app version when relevant. Do not send your password, full payment-card details, Apple Account password, or illegal sexual content.

Account and sign-in help
Email and password
Use Forgot Password on the login screen. Open the reset link on the same device when possible. If no message arrives, check spam and confirm that you entered the account email.
Sign in with Apple
Use the same Apple Account and the same sign-in method you used to create the Moon Wisdom Club account. If you chose Hide My Email, your account may use an address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com.
Invite access
During early access, an account may require an invitation or reviewer access that has already been enabled. Send the account email and the error message to support. Do not send the invitation publicly.

Membership and purchases
Restore a purchase
In the membership screen, choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Moon Wisdom Club account that should receive access and the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Cancel or manage renewal
Open Apple subscription settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or use Settings on your device, select your name, then Subscriptions. Moon Wisdom Club cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
Request a refund
Apple handles App Store payments and refund decisions. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Purchase is active but access is missing
Try Restore Purchases first. If access remains missing, send support the account email, the product name shown by Apple, the approximate purchase date, and a screenshot with payment details obscured.
Leaving should be clear
Delete your account
In the iOS app, open Profile or Settings, choose Delete account, review the confirmation, and continue. Deletion is irreversible and is intended to remove your account, marks, profile, birth details, cached chart, and associated product records from active systems.
If you cannot access the in-app control, email hello@moonwisdomclub.com with “Account deletion request” in the subject. We will need to verify that the account belongs to you.
An Apple subscription can continue after the Moon Wisdom Club account is gone. Manage or cancel it separately in your Apple Account subscription settings. You do not have to cancel membership before requesting account deletion.
Ask, change, or withdraw
Privacy choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw consent where it applies, or ask how a category of information is used. Send requests to hello@moonwisdomclub.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
- Access or export: identify the account and ask for a copy of your profile and marks.
- Correction: describe the information that is wrong. Fields available in the app should be corrected there first.
- Deletion: use the in-app control when possible, or use the verified support route above.
- Public sharing: change a public mark back to private or make the account private.
- Consent and analytics: identify the activity or processing you want to stop. We will explain what can be changed and whether a feature depends on it.
- Complaint: tell us what happened and what resolution you are seeking. You may also contact the privacy regulator where you live.
We may need to verify your identity before acting. Never send a password or full payment details. Read the complete Privacy Policy for the working data map.
Optional access
Apple Health choices
Apple Health access is optional. To review or remove permission, use the Health app or iOS Settings and find Moon Wisdom Club under connected apps and services. Removing permission stops future reads but does not automatically remove an activity already attached to a saved mark.
To remove previously attached activity details, edit or delete the mark when supported, or contact us. Review the Apple Health section of the Privacy Policy before making any activity-attached mark public.
Public content
Safety reports, blocks, and appeals
When the safety controls are available in the shipped app, use the More menu on a public mark or profile to report content or block the account. If the control is unavailable, email hello@moonwisdomclub.com with “Safety report” in the subject.
Include the public link, the reason for the report, and screenshots if useful. Do not download or forward illegal sexual content involving minors. For an appeal, put “Moderation appeal” in the subject and explain what should be reviewed again.
Moon Wisdom Club is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis service in your region if someone may be in immediate danger.
